Jaso J52NS

JASO's new crane series was launched in 1999, covering the range of our manufacturing schedule up to the J-52-NS model with 52 m reach and 1,100 kg load capacity at the end. We have been able to gather the whole advantages of a modern crane with this series, replacing our MAC SERIES.

• 1 Safety
  The whole mechanisms are located at easy accessible places, provided with ladders and platforms. Safety is our main objective
  
  
• 2 Design
  Crane elements are shared for many models: tower parts, jib parts and some mechanisms work on many models. The jib is build with a triangular-section lattice girder, supported by one or two jib ties. Sections offer the minimum resistance against wind, achieving suitable operability in adverse weather.
  
  
• 3 Technology
  All cranes from the NS Series, except for the J32NS model, are equipped with frequency shifter enabling smoother starts and stops with the torque necessary for overcoming the wind. The trolley traveling mechanism in J47NS and J52NS is also equipped with frequency shifter.
  
  
• 4 Assembly
  Easy and quick setup by pinning elements with the possibility of equipment partition in order to make the assembly or disassembly easier. We would like to stand out the connection of tower spans, in which the compressive stresses are transmitted by means of the contact between leg pieces, achieving a long lifetime crane. The availability of an assembly tower allows self-climbing system for any crane in the series.
  
  
• 5 Transport
  Easy transportation as the overall dimensions of the elements allow to take as much advantage as possible of trucks.
